The Breakdown / What’s included:
These programmed workouts are designed to be performed 1-2 days a week but can easily done more if needed or wanted.
Each workout includes blocks of: dynamic warm-up, rotational challenge, sheer power/strength, and dedicated mobility that are all specific to Golf Athletes.
Equipment and weights are needed. We don’t get stronger or more powerful with body weight movements alone. That said, every movement in the workout can be modified for whatever equipment you have access to.
Workouts are delivered via an easy to follow PDF with attached links to videos displaying each movement as well as the number of reps/sets to be performed.

As an avid golfer myself, in October of 2023 I found myself at grips with a debilitating low back injury all too common in the golf world. After suffering from a 13mm Disc Herniation and taking the entire winter to rehab, my swing didn’t just lose speed - it lost confidence. I wasn’t a scratch golfer beforehand but my handicap shot up a few notches that summer for sure. Not only that, but I found myself golfing less and less becuase of nagging aches and pains lasting days after a round of 18.
