A Little About Carly

Born and raised in Minocqua, Wisconsin—a warm, outdoorsy lake town similar in vibe to Excelsior—Carly grew up surrounded by movement, lakes, and an active lifestyle. That love for activity carried into adulthood and still shows up today in her favorite things: hiking, paddle boarding, boating, and easy walks with her corgi. If it involves movement, fresh air, or sunshine, she’s in.

Outside of Sunfade, Carly has been a coach at Orangetheory Fitness for over six years, continuing her passion for helping people move well and feel confident.

Carly is also engaged to her fiancé, Quintin. After nine years together, they’ll be getting married on top of a mountain in Winter Park, Colorado, tying the knot this August—a place that reflects their shared love for adventure and the outdoors.
