Meet Dr. Reid
Sports Chiropractor, Movement Specialist, Coach, and Relentless Advocate for YOUR Progress
Let’s be real — if you’re here, something hurts. Maybe it’s your knee, your back, or your confidence in your body.
I’ve been there. Frustrated. Burnt out. Beat up. Questioning what’s next.
That’s exactly why I built Minnesota Movement — to create the kind of Sports Chiropractic and Rehab experience I wish I’d had as an athlete (and you should too!) No cookie-cutter care. No 3x-a-week forever plans. Just honest, strategic, results-driven work designed to help you move, perform, and live better.
My Approach: Smarter Care for Stronger Humans
Every person’s injury story is different.
Your treatment plan should be too.
As a Sports Chiropractor at Minnesota Movement, every session is built around you — your movement patterns, your goals, your performance demands.
What to Expect
Full-body chiropractic adjustments to restore mobility and alignment to the spine AND extremities (shoulders, hips, etc.)
Soft tissue and manual therapy (Functional Dry Needling, Graston, Cupping, ART-style release)
Functional rehab and performance training to build lasting strength and mobility
Kinesiology taping to accelerate recovery and mitigate pain
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching to support long-term results
You’ll leave every visit understanding exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing — and how to keep your progress going on your own.
The Truth About Insurance (and Why I Ditched It)
I don’t take insurance — and that’s a good thing.
Insurance companies pay for symptom-chasing, not problem-solving. They cap your care to what’s “covered,” not what’s effective.
Going out-of-network gives me the freedom to use every tool, every technique, and every extra minute needed to actually fix the problem — not just bill it.
You can still use HSA or FSA funds, and most patients get partial reimbursement through a Superbill. If you have questions, reach out — we’ll walk you through the process.
I’m here to listen, to coach, to hold you accountable, and build your process to peak performance. Together, we’ll create a customized roadmap to success, and I’ll be right there by your side as your coach, advocate, provider, and accountability partner.

Life Outside the Clinic
When I’m not helping patients move better, I’m usually outside doing something that tests my own movement — golfing, biking, skiing, fishing, wakeboarding, coaching baseball, or hiking Minnesota’s trails with my wife Kara, our son Boden, daughter Louie Rae, and our spoiled Golden Retriever, Petey Pup.
Minnesota’s four seasons keep us busy — and remind me every day that movement isn’t just medicine, it’s freedom. I crave the ability to be able to say “yes” to whatever activity someone invites me to. It’s this novelty to new experiences that truly fuel my fire.
