Meet Dr. Mallory Christopherson
Sports Chiropractor, Rehab Specialist, and Endurance Athlete
If you’re an active adult, runner, cyclist, or weekend warrior dealing with nagging pain or an injury that just won’t quit — you’re in the right place.
Dr. Mallory helps athletes and active individuals recover faster, move better, and stay injury-free through a personalized, evidence-based approach to care. Her sessions combine precise chiropractic adjustments with targeted soft-tissue therapy, performance rehab, and movement retraining designed to get you back to doing what you love — not just lying on a table three times a week.
A Smarter Way to Recovery
Dr. Mallory tailors every treatment plan to your body and your goals — whether that’s shaving time off your next race, improving shoulder mobility for volleyball, or finally training pain-free. Her approach integrates:
- Spinal & extremity adjustments for improved mobility and alignment
- Soft tissue therapies including Graston, ART, cupping, and taping
- Rehabilitative & strength exercises to build long-term durability
- Lifestyle and nutrition guidance to support healing and performance
You’ll leave every visit understanding why you’re doing what you’re doing —and how to maintain your progress independently. Less guessing, fewer visits, faster results.
Education, Credentials, and Achievements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic, Northwestern Health Sciences University
- B.S. in Exercise Sport Science with minors in Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning, University of Wisconsin–La Crosse
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- Trained in Active Release Technique, Graston, RockTape, FAKTR, and IMJT
- Ongoing pursuit of Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP)
- Medical Staff Experience for M1 Volleyball Club, Minnesota High School Beach Volleyball Championships, Monster Dash, MS150, and CSIT World Games
Athlete First, Doctor Always
As an endurance athlete herself, Dr. Mallory understands the mindset of athletes — the drive, the frustration of setbacks, and the urgency to get back out there. She and her husband, Seth, spend most weekends cycling, training for, or running ultramarathons across the Midwest in events like any of the Rocksteady Running Events, the Filthy Fifty and the Wild Duluth 50k. Her most recent race took her all the way to Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah where she took 4th place in the 60k!
This firsthand experience translates directly to her patient care: a deep understanding of how training loads, biomechanics, and recovery all fit together. Whether you’re logging miles or chasing a PR, she knows what it takes to keep your body performing at its best.

She understands that most people have very busy schedules and it can be difficult to get to a chiropractor, physical therapist, or even the gym, which is why she comes to you! Not only can she treat wherever is convenient for you, but she can assess and build a rehab or workout program tailored to what you have access to in your own home. Whether you are an athlete, weekend warrior, looking to lead a healthier lifestyle, or simply are in pain and looking to get out of pain, she can help!
